4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from our customer service team.
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Online Payment Gateways (as available).

5. Returns & Exchanges

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

Purple Lane shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
